Responsibilities

  • Identifies market potential by connecting with media-agencies and partners
  • Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account needs and requirements
  • Closes deals with agencies and partners by building relationships with potential accounts; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts
  • Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services
  • Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts
  • Recommends new products and services by evaluating current product results
  • Updates job knowledge and network by participating in educational opportunities
  • Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed

Job Requirements

  • Big plus for applicants who have a solid network with the top media agencies
  • > 5 year experience in a sales / Account Manager role
  • > 2 year experience in the Belgian online advertising market
  • Excellent communication skills : presentation skills, fluent in Dutch & French
  • Soft Skills, Informing others. Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Prospecting Skills, Persistence, Meeting Sales Goals
